Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

BCY 452Xtra bow string material is the material that all others are compared to. Since it's introduction it has proven to have superior stability compared to other bowstring materials on the market. It is comprised of 67% SK75 Dyneema and 33% Vectran and has half the diameter compared to 450 plus.  BCY 452Xtra now had a High abrasion resistant Vectran. BCY 452Xtra bow string material is available in over 50 colors including several in the speckled variety with a break strength of 75lbs. Normal strand count is 20-24 strands for compound bows. 452Xtra is available in 1/8lb, 1/4lb and 1lb spools. The 1lb spools are available by pre-order only. We place weekly BCY orders each Monday and usually have them within a week or 2, depend on BCY's current lead time.
