Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.
Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns. Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.
All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number. No returns will be accepted without an R/A number. Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.
BCY Crossbow Serving is a great choice to redo that worn out serving on your crossbow. With a diameter of .030 it's the perfect size and gives the durability to hold up. Available in 4 colors including black, red, flo green and tan. It has proven to be tough and very durable. 60X Custom Strings chooses to use this BCY serving on all of our custom crossbow strings. We currently stock all colors in the jig spool size and bulk spools are available on a pre-order basis.
