Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

BCY D97 Bow string material is an excellent choice for crossbow, recurves, longbows and for an economy compound bowstring material.  It is made from 100% SK75 dyneema.  D97 is durable with very low creep and is offered by BCY in solid colors.  Normal strand count with D97 material is 14-16 or traditional and compound or 24-28 with crossbows.  It is available in 1/8lb, 1/4lb and 1lb spools.  At this time all D97 bow string material is pre-order only from 60X Custom Strings.  We place our weekly order with BCY each Monday.

    Product & service

    The D97 string material provides less stretch and slightly faster arrow speed than B55 while retaining the quietness of it. The service and pricing of 60X make them the "go to place" for buying your string material.

    BCY D97 Bow String

    Actually, I'm a whip maker. This stuff is very durable with low stretch, super happy with it. The "Neon Red" is actually orange, though, so watch out.

    Absolutely my favorite string material for building recurve and longbow strings, and to top it off, 60X has the best pricing on the market.

    Very good product. I make my own compound crossbow strings and buy all of my material from 60X. I have not had any issues at all with any of the strings or buss cables that I have built with this material.

    Made a 10 strands flemish twist for my 40# Sarrell and what a big difference it made. The arrow flies noticebly faster than the original string that came with it.
