Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

BCY No. 2X Bow String Serving 100% Dyneema® or Spectra - the smallest diameter. Fits snugly into wheel tracks and covers areas on bow strings and cables needing protection from abrasion. Available in Black, Blue, Flo Green, Flo Orange, Flo Pink, Red and White.  The smaller diameter makes this a great choice for roller guards, idler wheels and if you prefer to serve through the cable slide.  BCY 2X serving is also a favorite in the 60X Custom Bowstring shop for serving in peep sights and drop away arrow rests. Approx. breaking strength / diam: 50 lbs/.015" Approx ft/lb : 14,200 Spool size: 150 yd. jig or 1 lb.
