Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.

Full set of custom made crossbow string and cables for your Killer Instinct Vital X crossbow. This includes the bowstring with a length of 32 and cables with a length of 15 3/4. You can choose from a crossbow string or the full set of crossbow string and cables in the menu.
