The Halon’s delivers an incredibly smooth draw, and our strings are designed to make it even smoother. What You Get
This 5-piece set comes with a 61 5/8" string, 27 7/8" cables, and 13" yoke. The strings have gone through our famous 5-stage stretching process so your strings will be broken in and ready to shoot faster. Give your Mathews Halon bow a unique look with 30 different bow string colors and 30 different serving colors.
These tough strings are made from long-lasting BCY material so you can change strings less and focus on shooting more. They also feature a BCY Powergrip center serving. And Halo bow string serving to give the maximum durability. . You’re going to be amazed when your bow has no creep, no peep rotation, and no serving separation.
How to Find Your String Length
If you’re not sure which size strings to choose for your Mathews Halon, check the limb sticker on the bow. If your bow doesn’t have the limb sticker, fill in as much information as possible or call us for expert assistance.

Color Matching

We do our best to make sure that your centers and end servings match, but the BCY Powergrip is only available in the following colors:
- Black
- Blue
- Flo Green
- Tan
- Flo Orange
- Flo Pink
- Red
- White
If your end serving color isn’t available in Powergrip or Crossbow serving, the default color will be black. Color availability may also depend on what’s available, so feel free to give us a call before you place your order so we can make sure we have your favorite colors on hand.

Q: How can I find my string lengths?
A: String Lengths can be found on the limb sticker on your bow. If you do not have a limb sticker, please fill in as much information as possible.
Q: What will happen if a fluorescent or lighter serving is put on top of dark string material?
A: When fluorescent or lighter serving is put over top of a dark string material; the dark material tends to bleed into the serving distorting the serving color & becoming semi translucent in some cases.
Q: Will your center serving match you end servings?
A: We try to match YOUR centers & end servings the best we can, however BCY Powergrip is only manufactured in the basic colors (Black, Blue, Flo Green, Tan, Flo Orange, Flo Pink, Red, White). If your end serving color isn’t available in Powergrip or Crossbow Serving, your center will default to black. *Color availability varies based on material.
