Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Rush orders (USPS Express or Fedx Overnight Shipping Option) will be placed on top priority.
Priority & Fedex (2Day) shipping selections DO NOT change how your order is processed internally. This shipping option only helps you receive your package faster once it has hit the mail stream. You're still subject to the current lead time. Fedx and USPS are shorthanded and transit times are taking longer than normal. If you are on a time restraint please call us for the most accurate time estimate.
All orders receive an email confirmation when the order has been completed and are updated on the Order Status page.
Current build time before strings ship out (8/28/23) is approximately 4 weeks for custom colors, "Ready to Ship" products are approximately 1-3 business days, custom sets with standard colors are around 1-5 business days. This lead time can vary depending daily during peak season (July-October). After your order is processed you will receive an email updating your order status to pending. When your status has been updated to pending that means your order has been sent over to the builders for completion of the string set. When your string set is completed the tracking number will be uploaded and your order status will change to shipped. If you have a question on lead time please contact us PRIOR to placing your order and we can work with you on the best option to get your string the quickest. Many times will may have your string in stock in certain colors.
Returns
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.
Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns. Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.
All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number. No returns will be accepted without an R/A number. Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.
When returning a product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as USPS, UPS or FedEX. 60X Custom Strings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.
Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for bowstrings.
- Refunds for non-string items will be credited/processed within 14 days from the date of return.
- Refunds for non-string items will be credited to the same mode of payment used for purchase.
Store Hours
Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Our retail store location and phone hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3 pm EST.
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to 60X Custom Strings and it has been processed and marked pending we cannot change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after the status has been marked complete will be subject to our return policy.

International Orders
International orders are always welcome. You may place your order online. Please allow a few extra days for us to process and confirm international orders.
We always try to work with our international customers on shipping rates because we understand the high cost of getting parts to you from the US. We ship USPS. USPS is generally much cheaper but is not insured and takes a few extra days.
Errors
60X Custom Strings is not responsible for any typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, inclusions or any other errors on our web site. We do our best to not make mistakes, but if you find one please let us know. We reserve the right to change the website at any time.
