Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.

A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns.  Due to the custom and specific nature of the product there are no returns on bow strings and/or cables.

All returns must get prior approval and an R/A number.  No returns will be accepted without an R/A number.  Please allow up to 2 weeks refund time for the process of returns.

Defective items are not warranted by 60X Custom Strings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval.

Q: How can I find my string lengths?

A:  String Lengths can be found on the limb sticker on your bow. If you do not have a limb sticker, please fill in as much information as possible.

 

Q: What will happen if a fluorescent or lighter serving is put on top of dark string material?

A: When fluorescent or lighter serving is put over top of a dark string material; the dark material tends to bleed into the serving distorting the serving color & becoming semi translucent in some cases.

    oneida strings

    I bought one of theses basic oneida strings 2 years ago for an old tomcat, it worked well for the age of the bow, for fishing with it, these strings have held up very well

    These strings are of OEM Quailty and The price is Great. The shipping was Fast and everything was in the Package that I ordered. I have Absoulutely No Complaints with this Company. I would Recomend this company to anyone that needs a New String for their Bow.
